Refund Policy

1. Overview

KleenData provides digital email-list hygiene services which begin processing immediately after purchase. Because the service involves real-time data verification and resource consumption, completed or partially processed jobs are non-refundable once processing has started.


2. Eligibility for Refunds or Credits

We may issue a refund or credit in the following exceptional cases:

  • A technical malfunction attributable to KleenData’s systems which prevents the service from completing.
  • Duplicate charge or clear billing error.
  • Verified incorrect results due to system fault (subject to investigation).

Requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase, via support@kleendata.com.


3. How to Request a Refund or Credit

To request a review, please provide:

  • Order number and date of service.
  • Description of the issue.
  • Supporting evidence (screenshots, files). After review, we will respond within 5 business days and may issue a refund or account credit at our discretion.

4. No Refunds for Voluntary Cancellation

If you cancel your account, downgrade a plan, or decide not to use the service, no refund will be issued for services already processed or in-progress.


5. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page.
